Admissions Nurse

RN/LPN M-F 11a-7p shift.  6 week on call rotation.

 Participates in the admission/discharge/transfer process.

 Thoroughly documents clinical findings, assessments, and interventions.

 Communicates patient status to the Unit Manager and other members of the interdisciplinary team as necessary.

 Ensures compliance with company policy as well as federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.

 Effectively collaborates with medical staff and other departments to coordinate all aspects of patient care.

 Attends training, in-service education, and staff meetings.

 Attend patient/family meetings including care plans as necessary.

 Performs other duties as necessary for the successful operation of the healthcare center.

Physical Therapist

Greenville Health Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a caring, warm-hearted Physical Therapist who is currently licensed in North Carolina or is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

Director of Admissions

The Director of Admissions and Marketing will lead, develop, and execute the healthcare center’s sales

and marketing efforts to facilitate the center’s quality mix referral development and census growth. This

position is responsible for the overall execution of the center’s development, coordination, and

implementation of the facility’s admissions, sales, and marketing strategies and plans. The position has a

dotted line of responsibility to the Regional Director of Census Development, and reports to the Center

Administrator.

Essential responsibilities of this position include, (1) securing target volume of quality mix and total

census admissions (volume matrix) each week/month to assure the center achieves and/or exceeds

budgeted monthly total occupancy, M2, and Med A goals. (2) Leading the center’s external sales and

marketing efforts to achieve referral development, quality mix admissions, and census growth for both

quality mix and total census. (3) Implementation and maintenance of all of the center’s daily census

information both timely and accurately with PCC and Census Pro systems. (4) Execution of the pre-admission review process accurately and completely. (5) Quality implementation of the company’s

admissions, marketing, and operational policies (including scope of service) and procedures.
